How the work moves
Most engagements start the same way: you send your business name and mobile number, we build a free website preview, and you decide. If you go ahead on Starter, the site goes live and we keep it current. Growth and Full management start with a short call to set the scope.
What we need from you
Your business name, phone number and the area you serve. Photos, a logo and anything you want on the site help, but we can start from your Google listing and social pages. Tell us about anything that must or must not appear, like services you don’t offer or towns you don’t cover.
Footage and files
Send footage, photos and documents through your client portal or a shared folder. Include notes on names, spellings and anything that must or must not appear. Keep your own copy of your originals; we are not a backup service.
Turnaround
Website previews are usually ready the same day, and always texted within 24 hours. Going live usually takes one to three business days after you approve, depending on your domain. Small edits are usually done within one business day. Video turnaround is set when we agree your schedule. These are estimates; missing details or slow replies move them.
Revisions
Before a website launches, tell us what to change and we’ll make it, free. Videos include two revision rounds per deliverable. Send your notes together in one message. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Access and accounts
We work through manager or editor roles on your Google Business Profile, channels, pages and domain. We never ask for your passwords, and you can remove our access whenever you choose. Your domain is registered in your business’s name.
Calls and leads
On Growth and Full management we answer calls and follow up on leads during the hours we agree on, and book work the way you tell us to. Pricing, discounts and anything outside the agreed scope always go to you.
Billing and cancelling
A website on its own is a one-time $150 payment. Starter is a $150 setup payment, then $49 a month. Growth and Full management bill monthly at the price we agree. Every plan is month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date. The website and domain stay yours.
Communication
We reply the same business day. Your client portal holds files, approvals, documents, payments and call booking. Growth and Full management clients get a short report every month.
