Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms apply when you visit liormgmt.org, request or view a free preview website, use our client portal, or buy services from LIOR MGMT ("LIOR MGMT," "we," or "us"). LIOR MGMT is a remote management company based in Cape Coral, Florida.

If you sign an agreement with us, such as a Website Build Agreement, Master Services Agreement or Order Form, that signed agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

What we do

We run the online side of owner-run local service businesses anywhere in the United States, fully remotely. This includes:

  • websites;
  • website care and hosting;
  • Google Business Profile management;
  • local search (SEO);
  • social media management;
  • answering calls and booking jobs;
  • day-to-day operations support.

We never work on-site, and we do not perform the trade work your customers hire you for.

Plans and prices

  • Starter (Website + Care): $150 to set up, then $49 per month. Includes a website built from your real photos and Google reviews, hosting, edits whenever you need them, a monthly Google post and review-request texts.
  • Growth: from $300 per month. Includes everything in Starter, plus local SEO, Google Business Profile management, calls answered and jobs booked, review requests and replies, and a monthly report.
  • Full Management: custom quote. Includes everything in Growth, plus social media management, lead and quote follow-ups, and day-to-day admin.
  • Website only: $150, one time, with no monthly plan. You can add a plan later.

Monthly plans are month to month. The price, scope and start date for your business are set in your Order Form or agreement. Prices on this website may change. A change never affects a month you have already paid for, and current clients get at least 30 days’ notice.

Free preview websites

We sometimes build a free preview website for a business before talking to the owner. We use public information about the business, such as its Google Business Profile, logo, photos, hours and reviews.

  • No cost or obligation. A preview costs nothing and you do not have to buy it.
  • It stays ours until paid. Until the build fee is paid, the preview and its design, code and text belong to LIOR MGMT. You may not copy it, publish it, or have it rebuilt elsewhere.
  • Not your official site. The preview sits on a private link and is not presented as your official website. We may take it down after the hold date we give you.
  • Free changes. Changes before launch are free, as long as it stays the same kind of website.
  • Removal on request. If you want a preview taken down, or a photo or detail removed, contact us. We will delete it within 1 business day.
  • Not affiliated. We are not Google and are not affiliated with Google, Meta or any other platform.

Payment

You can pay:

  • by Zelle to the LIOR MGMT number on your invoice; or
  • by card or bank through a payment link we send.

Card and bank details are handled by the payment company. We never see or store full card numbers.

When payment is due:

  • One-time fees are due when you approve the work for launch.
  • Monthly fees are paid in advance, on the same day each month.

If you set up automatic payments, you authorize us to charge the monthly fee until you cancel.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause work. If it is more than 30 days late, we may end the unpaid service. We do not charge late fees or interest. Prices do not include sales tax; if a tax applies, we will tell you before adding it.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancelling a monthly plan:

  • You can cancel any time by text or email.
  • The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not billed again.

Website build refunds:

  • If your site is not live within 7 days after your payment clears and the delay is on our side, we refund the build fee if you ask.
  • Once the site is live, the build fee is not refundable, because you saw and approved it first.

Monthly plan refunds:

  • A month that has already started is not refundable.
  • If we miss something your plan promises, we make it up the next month or credit that part of the fee.

Ownership

What you own:

  • your business accounts, such as your Google Business Profile, domain, social accounts and phone numbers;
  • your photos, logo and reviews;
  • your customer information.

What you own once paid for:

  • your website: its text, its design and the images we made for you;
  • the content we create for you under a paid plan.

What we keep:

  • We keep our own tools, code, templates and methods.
  • You get a permanent, free license to keep using any of our reusable parts that are in your website.
  • We never hold your website, domain or accounts hostage. When you leave, we hand them over and remove our access within 14 days.

Account access

We work through each platform’s own manager or team access wherever we can. You stay the owner of every account and can remove our access at any time.

We never change ownership, billing settings or payment settings, and we never spend your money, without your written permission.

Google, Meta and other platforms set their own rules and can change, limit or suspend accounts. We are not responsible for platform decisions we did not cause.

What we need from you

  • Accurate information about your business.
  • Timely answers and approvals.
  • Only material you have the right to use.

We do not publish claims such as "licensed," "insured" or years in business unless you confirm they are true. You are responsible for your licenses, your prices, your work and your relationships with your customers.

Texts and calls

We call and text business owners about our services during business hours.

  • Stopping texts or calls. If you do not want to hear from us, reply STOP or tell us, and we will not contact you again.
  • Message details. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Texts to your customers. When we text your customers for you (for example, review requests or booking reminders), we only contact people who did business with you or asked you for a quote. We honor STOP right away.

No guarantee of results

We guarantee that we will do the work in your plan, carefully and on time. We do not guarantee rankings, calls, reviews, leads, sales or revenue. Local search usually takes 3 to 6 months to show steady gains.

Using this website and the portal

  • Use this website and the client portal for lawful purposes only.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to them, and do not submit false or harmful information.
  • Keep your portal sign-in links private. Anyone with a link can open your account.
  • This website’s design, text and logo belong to LIOR MGMT.

Electronic signatures and records

You agree that we may send agreements, invoices and notices electronically, and that signing in our portal counts as your signature. This is valid under the federal ESIGN Act and Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (section 668.50, Florida Statutes). You can ask for a paper copy of any signed document at no charge.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

This website and our services are provided "as is," to the fullest extent the law allows.

  • Liability cap. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. For a website-only client, it is limited to the build fee.
  • No indirect damages. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, lost data or other indirect damages.
  • Where the law differs. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

Responsibility for claims

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if someone makes a claim against us because of:

  • material or instructions you gave us;
  • the work you do for your customers; or
  • claims about your business that you confirmed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not apply to a month you have already paid for. If you are an active client, we will tell you about important changes before they apply to you.

Florida law and disputes

These terms are governed by Florida law. If there is a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it.

Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts in Lee County, Florida. Either side may use small claims court.

General

  • These terms, together with any agreement you sign with us, are the full agreement on their subject.
  • If any part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written OK.
