Who this covers

This policy explains what LIOR MGMT ("we," "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies when you:

  • visit liormgmt.org;
  • view a preview website we built;
  • use our client portal;
  • talk with us by phone, text or email; or
  • become a client.

We are a remote management company based in Cape Coral, Florida.

Your website, if we built it or manage it, has its own short privacy notice for your customers. If we handle your customers’ information for you, see the section "Information we handle for our clients" below.

What we collect

Information you give us:

  • your name and business name;
  • your phone number and email address;
  • your service area;
  • what you tell us in forms, texts, emails and calls.

Public business information:

  • your business name, owner name, phone number, address, hours, photos, logo and reviews;
  • where it comes from: sources such as Google Business Profile, business directories and your own website;
  • why we use it: to contact owner-run businesses and to build free preview websites.

Client information:

  • the account access, photos, prices and business details you share so we can do the work;
  • your billing records and signed documents.

Call and message records:

  • call notes;
  • texts and emails we exchange with you;
  • whether you asked us not to contact you.

We record calls only after telling everyone on the call.

Basic technical data:

Our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not run advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.

Where you came from, sent with our forms:

When you send one of our forms (the free website preview or the Google profile check), we include:

  • the page you sent it from and the page you first landed on;
  • the website that referred you, if your browser shares it;
  • campaign tags in the link you followed, if any (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid or fbclid).

We use this only to know which of our pages and campaigns bring in requests.

Portal and signing records:

When you sign a document in our portal, we keep:

  • the document text;
  • the name you typed;
  • your consent;
  • the date and time;
  • a verification code.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our website uses your browser’s session storage, which stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab or browser. We keep:

  • the campaign tags, referring website and landing page described above, so they can be sent with a form you fill in later in the same visit;
  • the mobile number you entered in the preview form, so our thank-you page can show you which number we will text.

Nothing in session storage is sent to us unless you send a form.

Our client portal does not keep you signed in between visits. It signs you in from the private link we email you.

How we use your information

  • To contact businesses about our services, and to respect requests not to be contacted.
  • To build and show preview websites.
  • To reply to you, prepare quotes and agreements, and deliver, bill and support our services.
  • To run the client portal and electronic signing.
  • To keep our systems secure and working.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Text messages

If you text with us or agree to receive texts from us:

  • Frequency. How often we text varies.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Stopping. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
  • Sharing. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business, and only as needed:

  • website hosting and our customer database (CRM);
  • email, phone and texting services;
  • form delivery services that send contact-form messages to our inbox;
  • payment and invoicing services, such as Zelle, card processors or Bill.com;
  • tools we use to do client work, such as Google’s business tools and social media platforms;
  • AI tools that help us write, summarize and build, under settings that do not use your information to train public models wherever those options exist.

We may also disclose information:

  • if the law requires it;
  • to protect our rights or someone’s safety; or
  • as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Information we handle for our clients

When a client hires us to run their website, calls, texts or bookings, we handle their customers’ information only on that client’s behalf. This includes contact-form messages, call notes and booking details.

  • We use it only to provide services to that business.
  • We never sell it, and we never use it to market ourselves.
  • If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question or request about your information, contact that business. You can also contact us, and we will pass your request to them.

How long we keep it

  • Prospect records, including do-not-contact requests: kept for as long as we need them. We keep do-not-contact requests permanently so we never contact you again.
  • Preview websites: deleted after the hold date, or within 1 business day if you ask.
  • Client records: kept while we work together.
  • After a client leaves: we delete client data within 30 days, except billing records and signed documents we must keep for legal, tax and accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

What you can ask us to do:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop contacting you.

More rights in some places. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s privacy law. We will not treat you differently for using them.

How to ask. Email info@liormgmt.org. We respond within 30 days, and sooner for do-not-contact and preview-removal requests.

Security

We protect information with these safeguards:

  • access limited to the people who need it;
  • two-step verification;
  • encrypted connections;
  • a password manager.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law (section 501.171, Florida Statutes) requires.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If we start using analytics or other tracking, we will update this policy first.
